Using Canva to Create QR Codes for Audio Content

Using Canva to Create QR Codes for Audio Content

If you have created educational audio content for your community, you will most likely want to disseminate it among your beneficiaries. Ideally, you do this through communication channels such as WhatsApp. However, in some cases it is useful to use printed materials such as posters or stickers to distribute a specific internet address where people can access the audio information you created.

Canva is very useful for these purposes. Canva is a fantastic website that allows you to design all kinds of graphic material: Posters, posts for social media, stickers, brochures and even videos. We highly recommend it. The basic version is free for everyone - and NGOs even get access to the Pro version at no extra cost. If you haven't used Canova yet, you should start today.

Canva also allows you to create QR codes that are suitable for sharing internet addresses. In fact, QR codes have become very popular during the COVID pandemic to comply with social distancing rules. With the Canva QR App, you can easily convert a URL into a QR code. Don't forget to put the "www" at the beginning of your URL, as some QR readers may be confused if it is not explicitly stated.

So creating a QR code is a piece of cake. To make things even easier, we have prepared a Canva template that you can use as a starting point for your own design. Just click the button below to get started.Β
